With the success of Lions College, the Lions Education Foundation sponsored the second school, Lions Clubs International Ho Tak Sum Primary School located in Tin Shui Wai. With the kind support and leading donation HK$2.5million from President Ho Tak Sum of Lions Club of The City (1997-98) to the Foundation and project. On August 10, 1999, the Education Department and the Architectural Services Department handed over the new school building to the Lions Education Foundation. The new school building is located at Tin Shing Court, Tin Shui Wai. It has seven stories , 30 latest standard classrooms, three covered playgrounds and two basketball courts. It was officially opened in September 1999.
